- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 6 Tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup smoothie
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup ice cubes (optional)
- 1 scoop Collagen (vanilla, protein or vegan vanilla protein, optional)
- ice (Do not add)
