This bread is delicious! It was easy to make too. I was a little short on pumpkin, so added a cup of unsweetened applesauce and substituted half a cup of brown sugar for a half cup of white sugar. Oh I also accidentally put two teaspoons of baking powder before I realized it was soda that had two teaspoons. It still turned out great!😁
