This was a good jumping point. I did make some adjustments, but used the basics of the recipe. (Changes: used steel cut oats and pumpkin pie spice). I would have liked it to be more pumpkin flavored and will add a little more pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice. I topped it with toasted coconut and chopped nuts. Delicious
