    I didn’t have ginger or allspice so I just replaced the amounts with pumpkin pie spice and they were delicious and fluffy.

    Kinda blah... next time will add more cinnamon and maybe some vanilla extract

    Following the directions, the batter turned out lumpy... had to add some milk to have a smooth batter. Otherwise taste and turn out of the pancakes were delicious. My family enjoyed it, and will make these again!

    We love these! They’re a little bland for our taste so next time we make it, we’ll double the spices. But it’s not too sweet, pumpkiny, and thick yet fluffy - basically perfect.
