- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 cup onions (Sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (Roughly Chopped)
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth (or Veggie)
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 cup porter (or Stout with Coffee and/or Chocolate characteristics)
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp. ginger (Freshly Grated)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tamari (or Soy Sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (Spicy Brown Porter, any dijon or whole grain mustard will work, just not the Frenches yellow mustard type)
- 2 chipotle peppers (in Adobo, finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (or Olive Oil)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. fresh sage
- 8 oz. crimini mushrooms (Baby Bella or, sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup beer (pumpkin)
- 1 cup stock (Veggie)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
