- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted, or coconut oil for dairy-free)
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder (grain-free, see above)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt (Celtic)
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin (cooked and)
- 5 oz. mini chocolate chips (organic, or chopped bittersweet chocolate, I used Enjoy Life. Only 3 ingredients and no soy!)
