Delicious! Will definitely make again... Added chocolate chips when mixing the dry and wet ingredients and they came out perfect

Delicious!! I sprayed the muffin tin liners with non-stick spray as well to ensure they did not stick. Super moist, and received so many compliments on these!

These are fantastic! I subbed pumpkin with canned sweet potato (what I had on hand) and swapped coconut oil in for vegetable oil. My kids love them!

When I was making the batter, I was a bit concerned that it was too runny. I didn’t add any more flour and it came out great.

Very tasty recipe. I did make a few changes: used Chinese five spice along with cinnamon instead of the spices recommended; added one tsp vanilla extract. That's it, everything else was the same. muffins were moist amd delish, with just the right amount of pumpkin and fall spice. The boys loved them.
