Good! I doubled the recipe. I got 24 cookie and made a 8x8 snack cake. I doubled the icing too. Glad I did it barely got icing on all the items. I froze the snack cake and will make more icing when I thaw it out. Not sure what she calls a serving, cause it said 4 servings. I got a least 12 servings (2 cookies )
