  • 80 grams almonds (coarsely grated)
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

    Directions

    1. In bimby cup put the pumpkin and sugar.
    2. Grind for a few seconds in spd.7.
    3. Set 40 min./spd.2/100 º.
    4. Add the almonds, pinch of salt, orange juice and zest and ground cinnamon.
    5. Set to another 5 min./spd.reverse spoon/ Varoma, to ascertain the sweetness a little longer.
