  • 1 cup black tea (cold)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 mixed spice (raised teaspoon)
  • 1 cinnamon (level teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon soda (bicarb)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup pumpkin (cold mashed, prep: peel, chop and steam about 1/4 pumpkin & cool)
