- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cream cheese (bricks of, 24oz)
- 8 oz. softened butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Made it for Christmas and it turned out awesome! Huge cake with all those layers! I had to use quite a few toothpicks to keep it together. It was very moist, but didn't taste like pumpkin to me...more like a carrot cake.
