- 1 1/3 cups light cream (or whole milk *can also use half & half)
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup oats (old-fashioned or quick cook)
- 3/4 cup pecans (crushed, *can also use walnuts)
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter (cubed)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
