- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1/2 cup liquid sweetener (choice: room temperature — maple syrup for Paleo, local raw honey for GAPS OR low carb sweetener for Low Carb and Keto)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted and cooled slightly; or for GAPS: use coconut oil/ghee)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (room temperature; or for Paleo/GAPS: use coconut cream or fully fermented sour cream)
