Very tasty. I did swap unsweetened applesauce for the butter, cut the brown sugar to 3/4 cup, and used all the spice mix. They turned out soft, chewy, and moist. I think a tad more cinnamon would be great.

Great recipe! The taste and texture were perfect. We added chocolate chips to one batch and the other batch without. Both turned out to be super good!
