I must first admit that pumpkin is not my favorite. I know, it’s a travesty, I added extra cinnamon to this recipe and still feel it needed more spices. My pumpkin-loving children and husband liked them but I will make further modifications in attempts to awaken the pumpkin-lover in my heart.
