  • 1/2 cup vegan butter (chilled, slice into smaller sizes to help blend up nicely)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons molasses (organic)
  • 2 tablespoons non dairy milk (flax, coconut, soy or almond milk)
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (or Bob’s Red Mill Gluten free 1 to 1 Baking Flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
