First time making any sort of cheesecake, but it turned out wonderfully! The cheesecake itself was fantastic, but the icing on top made it to die for!!! I didn't have any bourbon on hand, but i did have scotch - and it went perfectly in the icing, complementing the flavor of the pumpkin and spices...I'm going to make this again for Christmas this year!
