- 15 oz. pumpkin puree (just a tad less than 2 cups measured)
- coconut butter
- 15 oz. coconut cream
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup butter oil (melted, use coconut oil for AIP and dairy-free)
- 3 eggs (for AIP, use gelatin eggs which you can learn about here)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract (learn how to make your own here -- it's easy!)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (or toasted carob powder, use carob powder for AIP)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- pumpkin seeds (for topping, optional)
- coconut oil (for greasing pan)
