- 1 cup buckwheat (Erehown Supergrains, and Hemp Cereal)
- 1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans are great)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 3 pinches ground cinnamon
- 4 oz. pure maple syrup (grade B preferred)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (naturally sweetened)
