- streusel topping (: optional, I added this to make it appeal to teenagers)

Strusel topping makes this pumpkin bread special! I also accidentally used the whole can of pumpkin which made it denser and I only had a 10x5 loaf Pan…I sliced the bread down the middle and then cut thick slices which is perfect with coffee or tea at a morning meeting !

This has become my pumpkin bread addiction! The topping makes this bread! Sooo good! Made these for Christmas presents.

Made this today and it was a good recipe. I have never had pumpkin bread with a crumb topping and it was very good. It was not as moist as my usual but it was an easy recipe and had good results. Will make again in the future.
