Delicious bran-tasting muffins! I've made these several times. The pumpkin keeps it moist and lower in calories. I like to add a bit of stevia for extra sweetness (I have a bit sweet tooth!). 5 stars!

Big moist muffin . No pumpkin flavor. I cooked the full 30 mins. Probably needed a few more. Needs more sweetener for me. Will make again adding more spice and sweetener. Might add dried cranberries.
