- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan (fresh, + additional for garnish, optional)
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 pinch white pepper (black pepper will also work)
