- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 cup braise liquid reduction
- 2 cups bbq sauce (like KC Masterpiece brand)
- 4 cups purple cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 cup champagne vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon (zest of)
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 lb. pizza dough (fresh, uncooked)
- 1 bun (toasted)
- 1 cup slaw
- 2 cups pulled pork
