- 8 oz. tortilla chips (ounces, about 8 cups)
- 2 cups pulled pork (prepared using McCormick® Slow Cooker Barbecue Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix Substitutions available)
- bourbon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato (finely)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and thinly sliced crosswise)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chips on large ovenproof serving platter. Top with pulled pork, cheese, tomato, onion and jalapeño.
- 2 Bake until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with sour cream.
