- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mustard (spicy)
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes (dried)
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce (your choice, I used Tobasco)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 lb. pork shoulder
- kosher salt
- cracked black pepper (fresh)
- 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce (Mary Jane’s, remove the rest from the slow cooker, it can be stored in the refrigerator for later use)
- 1 Vidalia onion (large)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bag fritos (Barbecue, not Twists)
- pulled pork
- 15.5 oz. ranch (Style or Chili Beans)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
