- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. sugar (cups)
- 1/4 cup promise buttery spread
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cholesterol free egg substitute
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 15.25 oz. peaches in light syrup (drained and coarsely chopped)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 9-inch glass pie plate; set aside. Combine cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar; set aside.
- In blender or food processor, process Promise® Buttery Spread, milk, flour, remaining 4 tablespoons sugar, egg substitute, vanilla, and baking powder until smooth. Arrange peaches in prepared pan and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar mixture. Pour batter over peaches. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until puffed and springs back when pressed. On wire rack, cool 5 minutes. Serve warm, if desired, with frozen low fat ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
