I ended up putting more flour (I use oat flour) more chia - another couple of spoonfuls in with the final mixture along with another 1/2 teaspoon of baking Soda as the whole mixture came out quite runny for some reason, but yummy round flat biscuits

Made this with gluten free flour instead of the buckwheat, I don’t know if it changes the taste but it’s very bland. Not bad though. When buckwheat is back in stores (hopefully soon), I will make this again.
