- 4 cups chicken (shredded, cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. fresh flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 sheets puff pastry (I use Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 large egg (whisked with 1 tsp. water)
