- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (sliced or freshly grated)
- green peppers (sliced into strips)
- mushrooms (Baby Bella, cremini, sliced)
- red onions (sliced)
- black olives (sliced)
- baby spinach
- red pepper flakes (optional)
- Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (grated, optional)
- fresh basil leaves (torn)
- 1 large egg
- puff pastry (Bake, in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.)

- cheeses (Top with, and toppings as you like.)
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (green peppers, Baby Bella, cremini mushrooms, red onions, black olives, baby spinach, red pepper flakes, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese)
- 12 cheese (minutes, or until, is melted and bubbly and toppings are cooked.)
- fresh basil (After baking, top with, if using, and serve immediately.)
