My guests enjoyed these easy breakfast treats. Because puff pastry sheets come in different sizes, it would have been helpful to know the original dimensions of the sheet used in the recipe, I used a Wewalka brand 9”x14” sheet and worried the effect rolling out the 9” to make 12” would have on the final product. I rolled it to about 10-1/2” and while the baked rectangles didn’t have the loft depicted in the photo., they were still delicious. I would recommend using a nonstick pan, greasing the pan, or using parchment paper.
