    Turned out well. Instead of chilling, we heated it up slowly like fondue. A couple of craft beers later and some of us were straight up drinking the dip.

    Turned out great. A true pub style beer-cheese dip. I used Coors Light to be safe for my first time making this. I think I’d experiment with a heavier beer next time as I think this will hold up to it.

    This was delicious. Next time I'll add less beer so it's thicker but the flavor was fantastic.
