Ingredients

- 55 grams Bertolli 59% vegetable fat spread
- 1 onion (peeled and sliced)
- 115 grams carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 2 sticks celery (washed and chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 1 tsp. Herbes de Provence
- 400 grams mixed beans
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive (paste)

Directions
- Melt Bertolli in large pan and sauté onion, carrots, celery, garlic and herbs over gentle heat for about 5 minutes or until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients and season well with salt and pepper.
- Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve recipe with garlic bread.
