- 1 cup canned cannellini beans (rinsed, or cooked dried beans)
- 1 medium zucchini (halved lengthwise, and cut into 1/2 inch slices)
- 2 plum tomatoes (Roma/, cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup fresh corn (or frozen)
- 12 fresh basil leaves (torn, for garnish, optional)
