- 3 bananas (very, very, seriously ripe)
- 5 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use this, if you use a different kind this is equivalent to approximately 180g of protein powder so use the nutrition label on YOUR powder to convert!)
- 3/4 cup splenda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup egg beaters (or two eggs)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder (yes I did say 3…trust me on this)
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces (chopped)

Not really a muffin/bread texture. More like a baked egg custard tart with a banana twist. Pop an extra egg yolk in and you'd have a nice dessert. Whether my protein calculation was wrong? Yummy but not what it says it is.
