- 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup soft goat cheese
- 1 liter clove garlic (– crushed)
- 3 slices breast (proscuttio per)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (– pounded to ¼ to ½ an inch thick)
