Great! It turned our good. Could not get enough prosciutto so did some with bacon. Still very good.

What can I say, these were exceptional! Scallops are my favorite and this recipe is so easy to prepare. Will definitely make this again. Served with a Greek side salad found in this site. What an awesome dinner.
