Tastes great, but way to runny. I notice that almost all other zucchini relishes use cornstarch to thicken. I had to take it all out of the jars, recoil with 4tsp cornstarch and refill and process again. Hope it turns out okay this time.

Fantastic! Just the right amount of sweet and sour with half the sugar. . A great way to use up all those zucchinis !!
