    first time making this in a pressure cooker, but happily this turned out lovely. will definitely try this recipe again. i did substitute the water for stock.

    I give it five stars for flavor , but my cook time was 80min, which is fine cuz she said do 10 min extra until done. So I did it twice the only other thing I did different is put a Memphis dry rub on it in addition to her spices, not heavy and used my chicken stock (homemade) instead of water and 1/4 cup of Carolina BBQ came out amazing.
