- 1 red wine (swig, whatever you're having with dinner)
- 14.5 oz. tomato puree (can, 2 cups or 450g)
- 1 lb. rigatoni (Mezzemaniche, Ziti or Penne Pasta)
- 16 oz. ground beef (I used 300g in the photographed recipe, but you can add more meat if you prefer)
- 14 oz. mozzarella (diced or shredded)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
