    Great the first night and we have had leftovers twice. I made a huge pot full and still have more in the freezer for a quick meal. We tried it as a casserole, then wrapped in tortillas and the third time with tortilla chips as wonderful loaded nachos. The possibilities are endless with this dish. Thank you.😉
