- 2 cups dry lentils (I used a combination of French green lentils and brown lentils, picked through for stones, rinsed and drained)
- 3 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- salt (to taste)

Super great and tasty this was my first try in my new Ninja Foodi and it came out perfect. Cooking lentils this way is a game changer

This chili has a lot going for it. But the mustard made mine bitter. I’ll leave it out next time. Otherwise it’s a winner!

We enjoyed it with some brown rice. Replaced the carrot and celery with 2 cups of frozen mixed veges and used flavoured tomatoes instead of spices.

Love , love this recipe !!! And more importantly my kids love it 😍 . They asked for 2nd's and even thirds 😄 . On a different occasion I packed it for their school lunch and they offered some to friends . Next thing I know their friends moms are asking me for the recipe ☺️ You did awesome with this recipe
