Good stew, I did change them ingredients a bit, and need to now tweak those ingredients, mainly because we aren’t a fan of squash, so I used potato instead, and I felt the liquid wouldn’t be enough, but I was very wrong with this. Pressure cooking is new for me, but it’s already a winner after making a curry last week and now this stew. Delicious meals in a shorter timeframe than using a slow cooker
