- 3 carrots (large)
- 4 potatoes
- 4.4 oz. curry sauce mix (S&B Golden, half large package)
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups white rice (cooked)

- Brown beef cubes in pot, set aside.
- Dice onion fine.
- Peel and slice carrots and potatoes into chunks.
