I added a bit of vanilla and chocolate chips. Made it in instant pot, not oven. Turned out really well! I did have a bit of leftover batter (perhaps because I didn’t “measure the flour correctly!”), but we didn’t have a problem getting rid of that (no fear of uncooked eggs around here). Perhaps my Bundt Pan is a little smaller too, not sure. I made the bread last night because of the time it takes and my boys are eating it for breakfast now. It’s a hit!
