This is really good!!! I used regular ground paprika and skipped the searing part and still came out delicious! We will definitely make this again!

These ribs turned out delicious, very tender, meat fell of the bone. I followed the recipe exactly! Yummy, we will be eating these again.

Tips for even better ribs. After tearing off the membrane, cut your ribs in chunks. Use whatever dry rub you prefer and some liquid smoke to prep the ribs. Place ribs it the pot standing up making a circle around your pot. You can continue to make concentric circles. Use any left over dry rub, chicken stock, and dash more liquid smoke, leaving out the bbq sauce. Cook according to directions. Now brush them with a light coat of your favorite bbq sauce and put under the broiler until you get the bark you are looking for. The sugars in the bbq will caramelize on our ribs giving you that wonderful bark on a good rub!

So delicious! The meat melted off the bone, but the flavor & crispy layer created a perfect rib experience😋
