So amazing! That being said, adding extra seasonings like epis, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, and other spices can certainly elevate the flavor of your jambalaya and make it even more delicious. I also added a scotch bonnet for spice.

Great recipe...made some changes...used 2 cups chicken brith instead of one...didn't have andiule sausage so substituted hit ground italian sausage..put 1 tbsp hot sauce in instead of a couple of drops. Really tasty!
