Simple and quick chicken farmhouse hot pot prepared in pressure cooker.

- 600 grams chicken thigh (or 800g of chicken lovely legs)
- 1 leek (medium)
- 1 carrot (medium)
- 6 squash (baby, can substitute zucchini if squash unavailable)
- 250 grams baby potatoes
- 2 tsp. allspice
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/3 cup sour cream

Directions
- Brown batches of the chicken in pressure cooker.
- Once last batch of chicken has been browned add back all chicken to the pressure cooker plus 1 teaspoon of allspice. Fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Then add chicken stock and remaining teaspoon of allspice to the pressure cooker.
- Pressurize for between 10-15 minutes depending on PSI of your pressure cooker.
