I didn’t have fresh chicken but I had canned chicken. Didn’t have spaghetti, used rotini. Didn’t have velveeta or a ton of cheese, but had a can of cheese soup. So... I didn’t drain the chicken, didn’t add the extra broth, used only one can of rotel (not a spicy fan), used one can of cream of chicken, the cheese soup and added some shredded cheese at the end. A few bacon bits too for good measure. Pretty good. Will have to try the recipe as written at some point.
