Just ok. Short ribs needed more time, I still needed a knife to cut them and the fat wasn’t rendered all the way. Flavor was ok, not amazing The veg was all mushy. If I ever use this recipe again, I would up the seasoning, make carrots and mushroom separate, and cook short ribs under pressure longer.

Turned out great . I omitted mushrooms, made a rue, added 2 cups of beef stock, dried oregano, thyme and rosemary.

This was actually very easy. Did everything inside of my February electric pressure cooker. Everything turned out great, with one exception. I left the carrots in there a little too long. Had some purple colored carrots, that turned white. They tasted amazing though. I also added 2 tablespoons of butter in there somewhere.
