- 60 grams watercress (mixed leaves salad I used, spinach and rocket salad or rucola)
- 240 grams cooked prawns
- 100 grams cucumber (finely sliced)
- 8 radishes
- 3 Tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha sauce (optional for a little kick)
- 1/2 lemon (its juice)
- 1 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (to garnish, optional)
